What We Do

Personal training, nutrition and group training provide the base to get people moving, improve what there are putting in their bodies and feel more energy and vitality. Lifestyle coaching is the key that makes the other changes last.
Personal Training
In person personal training takes place in a private training studio. Personal training keeps you motivated and accountable as you pursue your fitness goals. It provides the support and encouragement you need to keep moving forward - until you have developed the habit in your own life.
Nutrition Coaching
Personalized nutrition coaching helps each person find realistic ways to meet their nutrition goals. Each person's lifestyle and needs are different so together we develop a plan that works for you.
Online Personal Training
This revolutionary training program will motivate you, support you, and hold you accountable to create a healthy lifestyle. You receive the same motivation, accountability, support and instruction as with in person personal training. The difference is that you can workout where you want and at a time that suits your schedule. This program is for people who like to workout at home and need some guidance to keep them on track.
Lifestyle Coaching
Lifestyle coaching is for people that are truly ready to create a change in their lives. They are ready to move forward and are open to all the possibilities of achieving the lifestyle they desire. A lifestyle coach will help you to identify obstacles in your life and sabotaging behaviours, help you gain clarity about personal, health and business goals, and works with you to develop tools and strategies that support you to make decisions, maintain balance and determine priorities.
Public Speaking
Andrea is passionate about inspiring and motivating people to find balance in their lives by 'living absolute wellness'. She regularly speaks to groups about healthy living working with each team to help improve energy and increase their bottom line.
