Nourishment Coaching Packages
Each package includes an Initial Assessment, and nourishment coaching sessions.

Initial Assessment (90 minutes)
Involves discussion and assessment of your current dietary habits and nutrient/calorie needs. You will gain knowledge about carbohydrates, protein, fats, and water. Specific goals and practical action plans will be established to begin to create realistic changes to your current eating habits.
Nourishment Coaching Sessions (45 minutes)
Building on the information from your initial assessment, action plans and goals will be re-assessed and evaluated. Together we will uncover any road-blocks or obstacles on your way to success. New action plans and strategies will be created to continue to move you toward your goals and healthy eating habits. You will also expand your base of nutritional options to allow for easier meal-planning. This time provides the opportunity to address specific needs/challenges as they arise and together we will design a solution to fit your lifestyle.
Nourishing the Body Package
This is a great place to start when you are wanting to 'get off the start line' to make healthier food choices! You realize you need to make changes; you’re just unsure where to start... it all Starts with You! You will learn how to meal plan, how often to eat, how much to eat at each meal and snack as well as how much water to consume to begin nourishing your body.
You receive:
- 90 minute initial assessment
- 3 – 45 minute Nourishment Coaching sessions
- Learn to create your own meal plans
- Meal ideas
- Body composition testing
- Personalized Favourite foods list
Nourishing the Mind Package
You are ready to make some serious changes with your eating habits. I know you know what healthy choices are...but you are ready for the accountability this provides you! Now is the time to start, don’t wait for tomorrow...
Includes everything in the Nourishing the Body Package, plus:
- Additional 3 – 45 minute nourishment coaching sessions
- Unlimited email access for questions and support
- Learning to read labels

Nourishing the Body and Mind Package
You are ready to commit to yourself to flip the switch in your mind to better food choices and a healthy lifestyle for you and your family!! This package is for you! You will gain the knowledge to make the best choices for you and your family while at the grocery store or restaurant. You will be made accountable to put your knowledge to work for you. You will also develop a plan to pull you back on track if you gently side-step! Are you ready?
Includes everything in the Nourishing the Mind Package, plus:
- Additional 3 – 45 minute Nourishment Coaching sessions
- Pantry Makeover – home visit (90 minutes)
- Grocery shopping tour (60 minutes)
- Subscription to Clean Eating magazine
Getting Started with Food Package
Do you want to just plain eat better, healthier? Not sure where to start, but know you want to? This package is for you! This package is about supporting YOU in your home and creating a healthier environment to prepare your meals. This package will teach you about reading labels, how to replace habits with healthy ones, what to look for in the grocery store, how easy it is to prepare healthy meals, and how to be accountable!
You receive:
- A 4 hour visit to your home to makeover your pantry, including a grocery tour to fill it back up
- Tools to build on your eating strengths
- Favourite foods list
- Meal ideas
- Absolute Wellness food Journal
- Label reading tools
- Better understanding of your body requirements
