How often will you train?
It's up to you and how often you are able to train. Some people choose to train once or twice a week, others may choose to train once every four weeks.
In addition to the personal training sessions, you will receive ‘homework’ that will need to be completed to maximize your results. You are provided with the specific steps to train on your own and Absolute Wellness provides you with the accountability and support to help you keep on track.
One on One Training
Working with one client at a time.
Client has full attention, we determine your goals, understand potential obstacles and how to overcome them.
Partner Training
Available for any two people wanting to workout at the same time. Partner training is a very supportive and high energy atmosphere. We take your individual goals and develop a plan that will allow you to succeed.
