Fitness Plus Package
You are serious about improving your fitness level. You want to feel good, have more energy, and lose some weight, but the whole idea of a 'trainer' may seem scary! You are making the right choice! Any choice that you make that starts with taking care of yourself is always good. It is normal to need and want the extra support and guidance to get the momentum going... good for you!
Includes everything in the Start Moving Package, plus:
- Additional 12 personal training sessions
- Additional nourishment coaching session
- 1 – 30 minute Lifestyle Coaching session
- Free-body training – great for travellers/vacationers
Absolute Commitment Package
You are ready to commit to yourself! You're still a little unsure where to start, but feeling unsettled with your body and health. No worries! Being committed to yourself is the biggest step, this allows you to be open to receive everything required to have the body you want!
Includes everything in the Fitness Plus Package, plus:
- Additional 12 personal training sessions
- Additional Nourishment Coaching session
